Trust Hunter Partners with The Manufacturer at Digital Manufacturing week
Trust Hunter Ltd to launch as Official Talent Partners to The Manufacturer at Digital Manufacturing Week 2019.
Leading industry publisher, Hennik Group (The Manufacturer), has joined forces with low cost talent solution, Trust Hunter Ltd (Hunter), to listen, advise, create and deliver talent solutions to the UK Manufacturing industry.
Talent acquisition, especially within STEM industries, is becoming more and more challenging every year due to well documented candidate shortages. This is resulting in elongated recruitment campaigns and extended time to hire which can lead to project slippages. Hunter is a low cost talent partner created with these factors in mind.
This creative talent solutions provider helps manufacturers solve their manpower needs by utilising the latest technologies and techniques including creative writing, SEO, AI, ML, Chatbots and Social Messaging.
Hunter gives access to both active and passive job seekers through engaging advertising and targeted email campaigns to an internal network of over 5 million UK based professionals and external network of over 15 million. In addition, all applicants can be tracked and managed through an intuitive online recruitment management system.
John Morris, Chairman of Hunter, says “This joint venture is a perfect partnership as it will connect UK manufacturing businesses with the right talent, to improve efficiency, sustainability and help drive profitability. One topic that continually arises is that of available talent and this is where Hunter excels. We help customers position themselves to attract the best talent to their business.”
This joint venture will be launched in November in Liverpool at The Manufacturer’s pinnacle event of the year – Digital Manufacturing Week.
Digital Manufacturing Week is an annual festival of advanced manufacturing, featuring Europe’s biggest digital manufacturing exhibition, and attracting 6,000 visitors over the course of the week.
Hunter will be exhibiting at the event and running a number of round table discussions within the Manufacturing Leaders’ Summit and Manufacturing People & Skills Summit sections of the event.
Dan Kirkpatrick, Director of Hunter, says “We’re excited to bring something new to UK businesses and are looking forward to launching our joint venture at Digital Manufacturing Week.”
